Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to purchases made from ASSET studio through our online store at assetstudio.se.

Orders

Before completing your order, you will have the opportunity to review and correct the information you have provided.

Once your order has been confirmed, a purchase agreement has been entered into between you and ASSET studio. You will receive an order confirmation electronically.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of an obvious pricing error, technical error, or if a product is no longer available for any reason. If payment has already been made, the amount will be refunded.

Prices and payment

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT where applicable.

Any shipping costs and other additional charges are shown before the order is completed.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payments are handled through the payment providers available in the online store.

Products

ASSET studio works with carefully selected reclaimed materials, surplus stock and materials already in circulation.

Due to the origin of the materials, minor variations in colour, texture and surface may occur between individual pieces.

Each product is inspected before sale, and we aim to represent its appearance, materials and details as accurately as possible in photographs and descriptions.

Minor variations that are natural to the material or the production process do not affect the product’s function or quality.

As each product is handmade, slight variations in measurements may occur between individual pieces of the same model. These variations are a natural part of the handcrafted production process.

Colour reproduction may vary slightly depending on screen and device.

Right of withdrawal and returns

When shopping online, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

Complaints

If a product is defective or damaged, please contact us at asset.studio@gmail.com and describe the issue.

Complaints are handled in accordance with applicable Swedish consumer law and separately from the right of withdrawal.

Product images and information

We make every effort to ensure that the information in the online store is accurate and up to date. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors and other obvious errors in product information.

As many products are made in small batches or as unique pieces, a sold-out product cannot always be replaced with an identical item.
