SZYNSZYLA

Small in size. Thoughtful down to the smallest detail.

SZYNSZYLA is a compact bag designed for the small essentials you want to keep close at hand. Its small format contains a carefully planned interior where everything can have its place – without the bag needing to be any larger than necessary.

Thoughtfully designed interior

SZYNSZYLA’s interior is built around two different compartment systems.

On one side, there is one large compartment, approx. 19 × 17.5 cm, with space for a phone and other flat items.

On the other side, there are four smaller compartments arranged in two overlapping rows – two taller ones at the back and two lower ones at the front. They provide space for keys, earphones, cosmetics and other small items that can easily disappear at the bottom of a larger bag.

The bag closes with a YKK zip.

Bag or organiser

SZYNSZYLA does not have to be used only as a small bag.

The approximately 2-metre-long carrying cord is tied directly to the sides of the bag and offers a very generous range of adjustment. The length can easily be changed by repositioning the existing knots or tying new ones – allowing you to adapt the way you carry the bag to suit you and your style.

When the carrying cord is removed completely, SZYNSZYLA can instead be used as an organiser inside a larger bag. The compartment system keeps smaller items in place, and the entire contents can easily be moved together with the organiser from one bag to another.

Soft construction

SZYNSZYLA has a soft, flexible construction that naturally adapts to its contents.

The stated depth of approx. 2 cm applies when the bag is empty and lying flat. When filled, the material shapes itself around the contents and the bag naturally gains more volume – its depth is therefore not limited to 2 cm.

Small batches, individual variations

SZYNSZYLA can be made in small batches using the same materials, but each piece still has its own individual variations.

Pattern placement depends on which part of the material is used. Leaves, lines, prints and other details may therefore appear in different positions from those shown in the product images.

Even when two SZYNSZYLA bags are made from the same materials, they are never identical copies. These small differences are a natural part of working with existing materials and contribute to the individual character of each piece.

Made in Sweden

Each SZYNSZYLA is individually made in Sweden from recrafted materials. The materials’ previous life may be visible through subtle variations in colour, texture and surface.

Inside, you’ll find ASSET studio’s handmade copper emblem embossed with an A – a discreet signature detail, placed to be discovered rather than displayed.
